The placement of the TV must be based on your personal preferences and of way not at an slant that it would be too high and could cause neck strain and that is appropriate for the room size. The placement of TV in our video is for demonstration purposes only.

im 13 years ancient and i want to get a flat to the wall tv wallmount for my 42 inch tv in my bedroom. I dont know if it is unadorned enough for my dad to do with me, taking into account that my dad is pretty useless at DIY LOL! But is that possible or will I need to pay someone to do it for me. It is possible, but make sure that you take all of the proper precautions to ensure that the heat from the fireplace will not effect your equipment.
If I sought after to wall mount above a gas fire place, are here any issues with that?

Try using the SNAPTOGGLE Toggle Bolt for installing into areas lacking studs. These anchors are so simple to install, much smaller hole than spring toggle wings, and they hold a ton of weight.
Is making a hole really necessary? I wouldnt mind wiers lynching from my TV, if so then can I just hang it?

That’s really not too terrible a set up. The inlet electrical cord leaves a modest bit to be desired but as long as it’s UL approved I don’t see any safety issues. People in older homes might run into an issue or two cutting out for the boxes though and here might not be an vehicle within the 6′ length of that cord. Otherwise, excellent luck!
